Syracuse, N.Y. -- After a relatively idle week in college basketball, there wasn't a whole lot of movement in the AP men's basketball Top 25.
Kansas stays at No. 1. Former No. 1 Gonzaga, after two losses to good teams, slips to No. 8. Buffalo, Syracuse's next opponent, is ranked 14th.
Syracuse, ranked No. 25 last week, fell out of the poll after its home loss to Old Dominion. SU did not generate a single vote from AP selectors. The Orange gets a chance to impress on Tuesday at 8 p.m. when unbeaten Buffalo comes to the Carrier Dome.
