Syracuse, N.Y. -- Rakeem Christmas made his 2017 NBA Summer League debut Monday after missing the Indiana Pacers' first two games in the Orlando Summer League with a sprained ankle.
Christmas, the former Syracuse basketball center, played 21 minutes off the bench, scored nine points (4-of-7, 1-of-1 from the FT line) and grabbed five rebounds. He also blocked three shots and committed six personal fouls.
"I felt good, my foot felt way better," Christmas told Dan Savage of OrlandoMagic.com. "I wanted to come out here, play hard, play my game, do all the little things, rebounds, set screens, be aggressive.
