NBA Live will feature a full roster of WNBA teams and players for the first time, video game maker Electronic Arts announced Thursday.
Former Cicero-North Syracuse High School basketball star Breanna Stewart is featured in a promo video for NBA Live '18, along with fellow WNBA stars Jewell Loyd, Sue Bird, Diana Taurasi, Brittney Griner and Maya Moore. "Stewie," who led the UConn women to four NCAA championships and was named Rookie of the Year for the Seattle Storm last year, can be seen making a fadeaway shot and celebrating in the video.
"We are extremely proud to partner with the WNBA and the Women's National Basketball Players Association (WNBPA) on this groundbreaking occasion," NBA Live Executive Producer Sean O'Brien said in a press release.
