The Chicago Bulls have agreed to trade for Michael Carter-Williams, according to an ESPN report. In exchange for Carter-Williams, the Bulls will send swingman Tony Snell to Milwaukee.
The report by Jeff Goodman, which uses anonymous sources, indicates that Carter-Williams has been informed of the trade. Rumors of the trade were first reported on Saturday night by ESPN's Zach Lowe and Marc Stein.
In Chicago, the former Syracuse star will serve as the backup point guard to Rajon Rondo. It will be the third team for Carter-Williams in his four NBA seasons.
He won Rookie of the Year with the Philadelphia 76ers in 2013-14 but was dealt to Milwaukee in the middle of his second season.
