SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Syracuse junior defensive end Kingsley Jonathan is one of the three student-athlete representatives from Atlantic Coast Conference member institutions who will hold voting power on proposed NCAA rule changes under the Division I Autonomy process.

Jonathan, along with Wake Forest's Caroline Kuhn (volleyball) and Clemson's Darron Coley (track & field), will attend various ACC governance meetings and participate as a member of the voting delegation at the 2020 NCAA Convention.

A member of the Syracuse Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), Jonathan is the first Orange student-athlete to serve in the position since the NCAA Division I Board of Directors voted in August 2014 to restructure how schools and conferences govern themselves.
