The Syracuse Orange men’s basketball team (7-3, 1-2) lost to the North Carolina Tar Heels 81-75 on Tuesday night. The Orange were once again forced to play without senior center Bourama Sidibe despite listing him as a game-time decision for the third consecutive game.
Sidibe tore his meniscus in the season-opener against Bryant. He had surgery to repair his left knee and was ruled out four weeks. In the post-game press conference following the loss to North Carolina, Jim Boehiem said Sidibe can’t play, repeating himself multiple times.
“He’s not playing,” Boeheim said.
