Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse University men's basketball coach Jim Boeheim and football coach Scott Shafer were the school's highest-paid employees in 2015.
The information was included in Syracuse's University federal tax forms released Friday to Syracuse.com. Non-profit organizations must file and make publicly available the forms to keep their tax exemption.
Boeheim received compensation worth $2.15 million in 2015, a bump from the previous year's total of $2 million. Boeheim has been the highest-paid employee at Syracuse annually since 2008, when football coach Greg Robinson received a one-year bump from a contract buyout.
