Syracuse, N.Y. -- The addition of highly-touted point guard Jalen Carey has moved Syracuse's recruiting class into Scout.com's Top 10 for the 2018 year.
Carey, a 6-foot-3 point guard from Immaculate Conception High School in Montclair, N.J., announced on Wednesday night that he would attend Syracuse. Carey picked Syracuse over Connecticut after previously considering Miami, Kansas and Villanova.
Syracuse's recruiting class now includes Carey along with Darius Bazley, a 6-9 forward from Cincinnati, Ohio, and Buddy Boeheim, a 6-5 shooting guard from Jamesville, N.Y., who is attending Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, N.H., this year.
