Syracuse, N.Y. -- Quentin Hillsman always had his most important fashion role model nearby as he grew up in the appropriately named town of Suitland, Md.
Hillsman's dad, Horace, held several jobs. He was at various times an entrepreneur, an engineer and a computer technician.
Horace had one rule about how to approach your work: you should always look your best.
"My dad was a fashion guy. I got my sense of fashion from him. My dad put on a suit and tie every day and went to work,'' Quentin recalled. "He had his routine. He'd get up in the morning, drink his coffee, shave, put on his suit and tie, put on his cologne and go to work.
