If you're reading this, you probably either live in the Central New York area or are very familiar with it. If you've ever been to Syracuse, you've probably had the amazing taste of salt potatoes in your mouth at some point (Ed. Note - TWSS).
Salt potatoes date all the way back to the early 1800s in Syracuse history. It has been a staple as a side dish or snack for hundreds of years. So, naturally, it would only make sense to have two Syracuse favorites (athletics and salt potatoes) at the same time.
