Former Syracuse standout Jerami Grant and his current teammates with Team USA have advanced to the gold-medal game of the Tokyo Olympics. The Americans defeated Australia in the semifinals on Friday, 97-78.

Team USA trailed by 15 points in the early going, but a 48-14 run put them ahead 74-55 after three quarters. Kevin Durant had 23 points and Devin Booker added 20 to top the Americans. Grant saw action off the bench.
