Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse basketball team is the only team ranked in its rivalry game meeting with Georgetown. The No. 14/19 Orange will also be a 5-point underdog against the Hoyas.
Playing their first game without head coach Jim Boeheim and coming off their first loss of the season, Las Vegas appears to have low expectations for the Orange (6-1).
Syracuse is expected to lose despite the fact the Georgetown is only 3-3 this season. Two of those losses have come to highly-ranked Maryland and Duke, while the third was a season-opening loss to Radford that knocked the Hoyas from the preseason rankings.
