Syracuse, N.Y. -- Former Syracuse University basketball players Tyler Roberson and John Gillon were both selected in the NBA G-League's draft.
The Agua Caliente Clippers took Roberson with the No. 15 pick in the first round of the G-League draft on Saturday. The Agua Caliente Clippers are based in Ontario, Canada.
Roberson, a 6-foot-8 forward, completed his career this past season. He was a starter on Syracuse's Final Four team in 2016. He averaged 5.3 points and 4.9 rebounds in 20 minutes per game in 2016-17.
