Former Syracuse Orange men’s basketball forward Quincy Guerrier has committed to the Oregon Ducks, the rising junior announced via Twitter on Thursday.
Guerrier chose Oregon over other potential transfer destinations Arizona State, Illinois and Memphis. Out of high school, Guerrier committed to Syracuse over Oregon and Illinois.
In April, Guerrier announced he was leaving Syracuse by entering the transfer portal while also testing the NBA Draft process, maintaining his college eligibility.
Oregon has had success with players from the Great White North, including Dillon Brooks, Chris Boucher and Dylan Ennis.
