Syracuse, N.Y. -- Chris McCullough, who played at Syracuse University in 2014-15, has signed a training camp deal with the Detroit Pistons.

McCullough, a 6-foot-11 forward, spent just one season at Syracuse before entering the 2015 NBA draft. McCullough averaged 9.3 points and 6.9 rebounds in 16 games before suffering a season-ending knee injury.
