Syracuse food trucks stuck in neutral
Why can't Syracuse figure out this food truck thing? This year, only one vendor forked over the $1,500 for a city food truck license. The other 16 members of the Syracuse Food Truck Association are setting up shop in parking lots in the suburbs during the week and at the Everson Museum of Art on Fridays. In addition to the cost, the city licenses tie food trucks to a specific location -- sort of defeating the purpose of a restaurant on wheels.
