When Eric Dungey suits up for the New York Giants this offseason, it’ll likely be at position other than quarterback. The word is that he’s currently listed as both a QB and tight end — a move that potentially hits at a Taysom Hill-type hybrid role, and also seems like his best shot to make the Giants’ roster (or practice squad).
New York already has four quarterbacks on the roster, including first round pick Daniel Jones, of Duke. They’re also trying out a couple others at their rookie minicamp, including Samford’s Delvin Hodges and Idaho’s Matthew Linehan.
