Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse University will likely host the ACC men's lacrosse tournament within the next year or two, but the Orange's precise slot in the league's rotation has yet to be decided.
In a fall practice meeting with the media on Tuesday, SU coach John Desko confirmed that the 2017 ACC Tournament will probably be played at Duke.
And what about the Carrier Dome's future as a host?
"That's a good question. I think there's still some discussions yet whether it goes to Duke then it goes to the new ACC schools, Notre Dame and Syracuse, or it goes with the original rotation and then back to Syracuse,'' Desko said.
