Syracuse, N.Y. -- If Syracuse football fans are tired of hearing about "consistency" from head coach Dino Babers, wide receiver Devin Butler would like a word.
The junior is constantly reminded by Babers -- sometimes to the point of irritation -- of the improvements he must make. But their close relationship allows the message to resonate each time.
After all, meeting Babers was the "icing on the cake" of Butler's official visit two-and-a-half years ago. And their conversation led to Butler becoming the first wideout to commit to Babers during his time in Central New York.
