Syracuse, N.Y. -- The Syracuse men's basketball team won't be at full strength when it visits Georgia Tech on Wednesday, but it is still a one-point road favorite, according to the website VegasInsider.com.
Syracuse will likely be down to six players who began the year on scholarship against the Yellow Jackets.
The Orange will be without backup point guard Howard Washington, who suffered an injury in practice on Monday and has been ruled out. Syracuse will also likely be without starting forward Matthew Moyer, who missed SU's game against Pittsburgh because of an ankle sprain.
