Brandon Triche spent last season in the D-League, part of an effort to prove he'd fully recovered from knee surgery and warranted a spot in one of the top international leagues.
That effort paid off on Friday, when Triche was announced as the most recent signing of Pan-Thessaloniki Athletic Club of Constantinopolitans of the Greek Basketball League.
The league is the best in Greece and is considered one of the best in the world outside the NBA. The club competes domestically, as well as in the FIBA Champions Cup competition, a high-level international competition that features 32 teams from across the world.
