It's been a good week for Syracuse freshman Oshae Brissett. On Monday, he was named ACC Rookie of the Week after posting his fifth double-double of the season in the Orange's overtime win at Georgetown. On Tuesday, Brissett set a school record on his way to matching his career high set against the Hoyas with 25 points against Buffalo.
Brissett hit all 16 of his attempts from the free throw line to establish the school record for free throw percentage (most made) in the Carrier Dome. After the Bulls got within four, 75-71, with 33 seconds remaining, Brissett scored Syracuse's final six points, all from the charity stripe, to help the Orange hold off Buffalo's late comeback attempt.
