GREENSBORO, N.C. – A 27-point performance from Buddy Boeheim led Syracuse (16-8) to an 89-68 victory against NC State (13-10) in the second round of the ACC Tournament on Wednesday afternoon at Greensboro Coliseum.

The Orange emphatically opened the second half with 10 unanswered points on a trio of 3-pointers from Quincy Guerrier, Alan Griffin, and Joseph Girard III as well as a free-throw make from Girard III. The Syracuse lead never fell below 12 for the remainder of the contest as the Orange secured a 21-point victory, 89-68.
