Syracuse -- The Syracuse basketball team opened as a 12.5-point home favorite over Georgetown for Saturday's matchup, according to the website VegasInsider.com.
The game against SU's former Big East rival is set to tip-off at 3:30 p.m. in the Carrier Dome. It is the last game of a four-game series contracted between the schools. Georgetown has won two of the three.
The Orange (6-2) is looking to win its fifth consecutive game, all of which have come with starting point guard Frank Howard back from a sprained ankle. Howard has struggled to score but his presence on the floor seems to have opened things up for his teammates.
