Detroit — On Friday night here in the new Little Caesar’s Arena, Syracuse will play its seventh game of the season with a start time of 9 p.m. or later. The Orange tips off against TCU at 9:40 p.m.
And while those late starts annoy the Orange fan base (at least this one is on a weekend), the Syracuse players don’t seem all that troubled by it. They spend their days sleeping, playing video games, attending meetings, watching film. One SU player — Bourama Sidibe — said he gets homework done during the long days leading to the game.
