After much hand-wringing about the future of the ACC football schedule over the past month, the ACC athletic directors opted not to change anything about the schedule process for the immediate future.
The ACC announced the decision of the league's athletic directors on Twitter. They were participating in regularly-scheduled meetings in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Heading into the meeting of the league's athletic directors, it was thought that the league had two options, both of which would likely have increased the schedule strength for most teams.
