Fort Drum, N.Y. — Syracuse football traveled at Fort Drum on Sunday to interact with military personnel and their families.
There was a youth clinic run by SU players.
Soldiers sat across the lunch table from the players and staff.
And, of course, there was paintball (there's always paintball, even in sideways rain).
The best scene on the day?
It happened inside the gymnasium during the youth clinic when freshmen offensive linemen Liam O'Sullivan and Sam Heckel spent most of the morning on their backs after being bull-rushed by the kids.
This was the fifth-straight year the program traveled to the military post.
