Eleven Syracuse track and field athletes earned USTFCCCA All-Academic accolades, while the 'Cuse women's track and field team was honored as an All-Academic Team.
Alex Comerford (civil engineering), Silas Derfel (health and exercise science), Annie Heffernan (public health), Dominic Hockenbury (biology), Justus Holden-Betts (nutrition), Jordan Jacob (exercise science), Gavin Richards (bioengineering), Matthew Scrape (biology), Simon Smith (public health), Aidan Tooker (sociology), and Amanda Vestri (health and exercise science) were named to the All-Academic Team.
In order to make the team, a student-athlete must have a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or better, and have either qualified for the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships (preliminary round); or have been ranked in the top-96 nationally of their respective event in the indoor season.
