Wilfried Bony wins latest round of legal battle against two former agents as Swansea striker claims pair were paid £8m in 'secret commissions'

Swansea striker Wilfried Bony has won the latest round of a legal battle with two former agents.

The Ivorian claims Gilbert Kacou and Dalibor Lacina - plus companies they ran - received 'secret commissions' totalling more than £8million from the Premier League club between July 2013 and February 2015 when involved in his contract negotiations.

He has also accused Kacou of 'fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation'.

The two agents had asked a judge to halt the litigation, saying the dispute should be settled by arbitration under FA rules.
