Tottenham have received a £23m bid from West Brom for Vincent Janssen.
The Dutch striker scored six goals in a desperate first season at White Hart Lane after signing in a £17m deal from AZ Alkmaar last summer.
He struggled for opportunities up against the form of Dele Alli and Harry Kane but also seemed to lack confidence when he was handed a chance to shine.
Tottenham have stolen a march on Chelsea by having a bid accepted for Swansea's Fernando Llorente and the deal for Janssen may be contingent on the Spanish forward heading to north London.
