The most expensive transfer window in history has finally closed with Premier League fans around the world debating whether their club has been winners or losers.
A staggering £1.4billion was spent by the 20 top-flight clubs with 14 of them breaking their transfer records, from Chelsea to Huddersfield. But there were plenty of tears too, most notably from Arsene Wenger, Antonio Conte and Pep Guardiola who missed out on long-term targets in the final hours on deadline day.
