Swansea have tabled a bid for Arsenal and Tottenham target Jean-Michael Seri and are prepared to rival the north London duo for his signature.
The 26-year-old's fine season at Nice has led to interest from some of the biggest clubs in Europe, including La Liga giants Barcelona.
Arsenal have also continued to keep a close eye on him, but are yet to open negotiations with Nice and Tottenham are looking at the possibility of signing the energetic midfielder too.
However, with both north London rivals stalling over a potential move, Swansea have moved ahead in the race for Seri's signature by opening the bidding war.
