Swansea manager Paul Clement has lauded Jordan Ayew's contribution to the side's battle against relegation even if he's still awaiting his first goal since signing from Aston Villa earlier this year.
Ayew, a January acquisition for the struggling Swans, set up Fernando Llorente for the goal against Everton that secured a 1-0 triumph for the Welsh side and lifted Clement's team out of the bottom three, handing them the advantage in the race to avoid the drop.
Clement believes that Ayew has benefited from his decision to switch to using two strikers, and is particularly pleased with his overall contribution to the team, even if that first goal remains elusive.
