Swansea's struggle to find consistency continued on Wednesday with a crushing 3-1 defeat vs. West Brom to follow last Saturday's 3-0 win over Sunderland.
Positives
The entire first half hinted that a second consecutive win was possible following Saturday's resurgence vs. Sunderland. Swansea were aggressive, hunting in packs and bossing possession. Captain Leon Britton continued to inspire his teammates, and for 45 minutes at least this team once again looked like the Swansea of old.
Negatives
Of course, even the Swansea of old struggled to create chances, and that was no different here.
