Paul Clement has called on the Premier League to stop dragging their heels over video technology after Anthony Taylor’s refereeing gaffe almost cost Swansea City.

Fernando Llorente’s stoppage-time winner secured a vital three points in Swansea’s fight for survival but the talking point was a first-half penalty.

The standard of officiating has been a hot topic this week and Taylor did himself no favours – as he awarded Burnley a penalty after a handball by one of their own players in Sam Vokes.
