Swansea have completed the signing of Tottenham midfielder Tom Carroll for around £4.5 million, with an announcement due on Tuesday, sources have told ESPN FC.
Carroll, who agreed a new Spurs contract until 2019 in September, completed a medical at Swansea on Monday and he has agreed a three-and-a-half year deal at the club where he spent the 2014-15 season on loan.
The 24-year-old has played just one minute of Premier League football for Tottenham this season, starting only the club's two EFL Cup matches, and he will become Paul Clement's second signing at the Liberty Stadium after winger Luciano Narsingh arrived from PSV Eindhoven last week.
