Swansea City are to appoint John Eustace as their new manager, with the move likely to be confirmed at the start of next week.
The 41-year-old will leave his role as Queens Park Rangers' assistant boss to take charge at the Liberty Stadium.
Swansea, who were beaten in the Championship play-off final in May, turned to Eustace after head coach Steve Cooper left earlier this week.
