Swansea City have appointed former Sheffield Wednesday manager Carlos Carvalhal as their new permanent manager.
The Portuguese boss, who succeeds the sacked Paul Clement, has been given the Swans job until the end of the season with the option of an extension.
Carvalhal agreed the deal on Wednesday evening following talks with the club and travelled to Swansea overnight before meeting with his new squad to take training on Thursday morning.
