The Premier League season has come to an end and fans have been voting for their club's Player of the Year.
End of season award dinners have been taking place up and down the country - except in Stoke as the Potters cancelled their plans due to their relegation from the top flight - and players have been handed prestigious awards to signify just how valuable they have been in 2017/18.
