Fans of Cardiff, Swansea and Newport await Welsh Government decision on whether to follow England's lead and allow up to 4,000 spectators back into stadiums based on tier system

The Welsh Government will await further detail of Boris Johnson's plan to get fans back into sports stadiums before making their own decision.

As England prepares to come out of lockdown and back into a three-tier system of restrictions on December 2, spectators will be allowed to return to sports venues in limited numbers.

Up to 4,000 people will be allowed into venues in tier one areas and 2,000 in tier two regions but stadiums will remain closed in tier three, the most severe level.
