Gylfi Sigurdsson 'could make his debut for Danish side Lyngby Boldklub on Friday' according to a report.
The 34-year-old, who previously played for Tottenham, Swansea and Everton, has not not played competitively in over two years.
His last competitive appearance came in Everton's 5-0 defeat to Manchester City in May 2021.
The former Iceland international, who has been capped 78 times for his country scoring 25 goals in that time, was released by the Toffees in the summer of 2022, ending a five-year spell at the club after he became the club's record signing in 2017 at £45million.
