Chelsea again proved they are the Premier League's best team by far with a comfortable 3-1 victory over an uninspiring Swansea on Saturday.
Positives
Swansea didn't play well. How much of that was down to Chelsea's pressure is debatable, but key man Gylfi Sigurdsson could barely put a foot right with the ball, uncharacteristically blazing a free kick miles over the crossbar at one point, setting the tone not just for himself but for the entire team performance.
Why is this a positive? Because had Swansea played as well as they are capable, the 3-1 scoreline -- exacerbated by a sloppy late third -- would have been a lot closer, which is encouraging.
