Chelsea could complete the £15million signing of Swansea striker Fernando Llorente on Wednesday afternoon after the clubs held talks on Tuesday night.
Swansea are trying to sign Wilfried Bony for £13million, who was with the Welsh outfit from 2013-15, from Manchester City, before letting go of their Spanish forward.
Llorente has been on Chelsea's radar for a while now, with Antonio Conte having already tried to sign him back in the January transfer window.
The Italian manager coached Llorente while working at Juventus and Conte sees the 32-year-old striker working well with Alvaro Morata.
