Chelsea boss Antonio Conte targeting reunion with striker Fernando Llorente as struggling Swansea ask for Michy Batshuayi on loan as part of the deal

Antonio Conte wants to be reunited with Fernando Llorente at Chelsea this month.

The Blues boss is looking to strengthen his table-topping squad during the January window, with backup for star striker Diego Costa near the top of his priorities.

And Swansea striker Llorente, who worked under Conte at Juventus during the 2013-14 season, has emerged as a surprise target for the title favourites.
