Carlos Carvalhal has told talkSPORT he is 'fighting' to add to his Swansea City squad before the transfer window closes.
After masterminding a 3-1 victory over Arsenal on Tuesday night, Carvalhal joined Jim White on Wednesday lunchtime and revealed his desire to make new signings before the 11pm deadline.
Liverpool winger Lazar Markovic and West Ham forward Andre Ayew are among the names being linked with the Welsh club.
"We are trying, we are fighting," said Carvalhal, when asked whether Swansea are working on transfer business,
"I have been on the phone since 8 o'clock this morning.
