Swansea City are set to appoint former Nottingham Forest boss Paul Williams as assistant to manager Bob Bradley.
Bradley has been looking to fill the post since becoming manager last month and, after speaking to several candidates, has decided on Williams.
Press Association reported that Williams, who took temporary charge of Forest at the end of last season, is expected to complete the move later this week.
The 45-year-old's contract at Forest was not renewed when Philippe Montanier was appointed as manager in the summer.
He has since been working with the England under-20s squad after Aidy Boothroyd and Gareth Southgate took over the under-21s and the senior team respectively.
