West Ham are ready to strike a deal with Swansea to send Andre Ayew back to Wales for a club record fee.
The Swans have submitted a second bid worth £18million for their former player while the Hammers have been holding out for closer to the £20.5m they paid in 2016.
David Moyes has told the board to consider the injury situation before they come to any agreement, though this is now a transfer that is likelier to go through than not.
It remains to be seen whether Swansea would include Ki Sung-yueng in a swap deal, as has been reported in the last two days.
