Potential Sunderland owner William Storey has made a bold pledge to spend a minimum of £50million on new players and staff in an ambitious plan to get the club back into the top-flight - and says he has identified four big-name Premier League stars he could sign.

Donald is desperate to sell the £37.6million he paid Ellis Short in 2018 and Storey and another unknown party have expressed interest in making an offer.
