Sunderland defender Duncan Watmore has spoken out about his injury hell, and revealed how some kind words from former England striker Fraizer Campbell helped him on the road to recovery.
Watmore suffered cruciate knee ligament damage in November, just a few weeks after returning from 10 months out with a torn ACL in the same knee, but is feeling positive regardless of his rotten luck.
'I'm in a very fortunate position to be playing football as a profession and there are a lot of worse things in life than having a bad knee.

'I'm remaining philosophical about it and I've taken a step back.
