Sunderland are back in the Championship following an impressive 2-0 victory against Wycombe in the League One play-off final at Wembley.

Elliot Embleton's goal put the Black Cats in the ascendancy, with Ross Stewart getting the second goal in the 79th minute.

Adebayo Akinfenwa came on to make the final appearance of his career as Wycombe were beaten.
